How long does my Wellness Elixir last for?

Our Wellness Elixir contains Apple Cider Vinegar, so in essence, the longer its left, the better it becomes that’s because the longer it has to ferment, the more good bacteria and enzymes will form. However, we do recommend consuming your Wellness Elixir within twelve months of purchasing and within 3 days of opening any bottle.

Can I add anything to my Wellness Elixir to make it taste better?

We understand that our Wellness Elixir is unapologetic when it comes to taste, however the majority of things that are good for you dont taste the best now do they. If you prefer you can add your shot to a glass of hot or cold water, or add a little honey to sweeten the deal.

How many bottles should I consume in one day?

If you’re just starting out on our Wellness Elixir then we recommend taking two 60ml shots per day to get optimum results. Once the Wellness Elixir has worked it’s magic, you could (if wanted) reduce to one 60ml shot per day and increase back to two if and when needed.

Why does my Wellness Elixir vary in colour and taste?

Because we only use Organic ingredients this means that they may vary in colour and strength of flavour, this is because there are no synthetic products, preservatives, colourings or binders added.

Why are there sediments in my drink?

If you’ve got an unopened bottle with bits in it, don’t worry! your drink hasn’t gone bad, that gunky-looking stuff at the bottom is the most important part! It’s called “the mother,” and it contains raw enzymes and gut-friendly bacteria that promote healing. Just give your bottle a good shake before drinking.

Also don’t worry if you don’t see bits in your drink, it doesn’t mean that it’s not just as good for you, the longer the drink ferments for the better it becomes. The Apple Cider vinegar contained within our drinks has fermented for a minimum of 12 months, so it’s packed full of goodness already.

When will my drinks arrive?

As our Natural Goodness drinks are made fresh for every order, we aim to make and dispatch within 5 workings days, but will always aim to dispatch them as soon as possible.
